Genius IT Strategies provides managed IT services, help desk support, cloud and Microsoft 365 administration, and IT projects. The specific services, fees, and responsibilities for each client are set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the site or its security, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, upload harmful code, or use the site in a way that could harm us, our clients, or others.

4. Client portal accounts

If you are given access to our client portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Intellectual property

The content on our website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, belongs to Genius IT Strategies or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

9. SMS terms

These terms apply to text messages sent by Genius IT Strategies.

• Program name: Genius IT Strategies Text Messaging.
• What we send: Service and support messages for customers and prospects who have opted in, such as support ticket updates, appointment and scheduling notices, service alerts, and replies to your requests. We do not send marketing text messages without separate express consent.
• How you opt in: By giving us your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages from us, for example by checking a consent box on a form on our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your requests and activity.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. We will send one confirmation message, and then you will receive no more messages from us unless you opt in again.

• Carriers: Mobile carriers and Genius IT Strategies are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
